We strive to deliver your order in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post standard shipping. Please note that we use a print-on-demand service for our books, which can occasionally result in delays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order. We currently ship globally.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@adventuresofrocky.com. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
